Sariraka Upanishad - Yajur Veda

Sariraka Upanishad states the liberated aware be,

Of jiva in awake, dream, or dreamless sleep truly,

That what is hard in body, the earth essence be,

That which is fluid part, the essence of water be,

The hot in body the very essence of fire does be,

That which moves is essence of air undoubtedly,

And the openings or pores in the physical body,

That is of the essence of cosmic space certainly.
