Pranagnihotra Upanishad in English rhyme
In the heart's fire, the Pranagnihotra burns,
A sacred rite, where the soul discerns.
The breath of life, to wisdom turns,
In this body-temple, the divine sojourns.
Eating, a ritual, to the inner flame,
Life, a ceremony, in God's own name.
Through non-violence, compassion's claim,
In self's realization, we find our aim.
