Maitrayani Upanishad

Maitrayaniya Upanishad focuses on Atma specially,

The means by which all humans suffer in actuality,

Liberation from suffering with self-actualization truly,

Meditating upon the Atma and the life (prana) surely,

Prajapati (lord of creatures) divided in five-folds be,

Entered all the living creatures of the world certainly,

Pran inward, Apana outward, Udan creative energy,

Samana churning and Vyan the circulatory energy.
