There is an Atman, a soul in every living being truly,
Yogi seeks to know both part and whole of all fully,
Dhyan is the fifth part of the Sadanga yoga surely,
Yogin highest, above nada, is anahata, doubts lost be,
When is absorbed, attains stainless Brahman lastly.
