Amritanand Upanishad tells how realization be,

Of Brahman through the Yogic practice clearly,

An aspirant has before him the fold paths three,

Attentive listening, reflection, meditation simply,

They lead him to Supreme Self realization truly,

Helps to focus, meditate on Brahman intensely,

As mineral impurities burnt away by blower be,

The misdeed of sense organs lost by yoga be.
